About

The company behind your assistant.

One dedicated assistant inside your business, and a team behind them that notices before you have to.

What Clozik is

Clozik places one full-time virtual assistant inside your business. They run the day-to-day work end to end: lead generation, administration, marketing and the AI automations that stop repeat work coming back.

You do not get an assistant on their own. You get the company behind them — a supervisor on your account, a trained backup when your assistant is out, and a team that treats your work as a shared responsibility. When we say somebody is already on it, that is what we mean: if your point of contact has a difficult week, your work does not.

A company is not a list of services. It is how the people delivering them are treated on an ordinary Tuesday.

That is not sentiment, it is operations. A stressed assistant misses things, and the client is the next person it reaches. So we pay attention to how our people work, because it is the most reliable way we know to protect how your account runs.

How we take on work

Nobody arrives with one problem. A business that comes to us for marketing usually also has a CRM nobody has opened in a year, an automation that half works, and a website that was quoted at three weeks.

We take the whole thing, then make sure it does not come back. A job is not finished when the task is done — it is finished when the reason the task existed is gone.

Our assistants are given difficult accounts on purpose. People who treat a hard problem as something to solve, rather than something to survive, do their best work on them, and that is who we hire.

What we will not do

A client was once quoted between $300 and $1,000, and three weeks, for a website. We built it in three days on a twenty-dollar subscription.

The original quote was not dishonest. The tools moved, and the problem was already solved. A lot of what is still billed as weeks of work is no longer weeks of work, and we would rather tell you that than invoice you for it.

We also turn work down. Anything that would cost a client their reputation later gets refused now, however it is framed at the time. Everything else gets done, inside whatever rules apply to it.

Who is here

Seven people, based in Pakistan, with our first hires in India and the Philippines underway.

Asia has some of the best operators anywhere and very few places that let them build a real career on that skill. Clozik is built to be one of those places, because assistants who can see a future here stay, and an assistant who stays learns your business properly.

How assistants are chosen and trained

Every Clozik assistant is hand-picked by our leadership team, not assigned from a pool. We match them to your goals, your tools and the way your business already runs.

Onboarding runs for ten days. Most of our assistants could start the work on day one; the ten days are about your business — your systems, your processes and how you like things said.

What protects you

You are handing over an inbox, a CRM, and sometimes a good deal more. Before anyone touches any of it:

  • A signed non-disclosure agreement
  • A police background check
  • References taken up with previous employers
  • A psychological assessment

There is one more safeguard, and it is not in place yet.

A client’s work once slipped and we found out too late to fix it cleanly. The failure was not the assistant’s — it was ours, because nobody was looking. So we are introducing a standing session with a certified psychologist for every member of staff. Internally we call it Happy Hour.

We would rather tell you it is coming than claim it is already here. The point holds either way: what actually protects your account is somebody noticing before you have to.

Who we work with, and who we don’t

We are selective, and it costs us money.

We work with businesses that have a strong work ethic, treat people with respect, and genuinely want to grow. We give priority to businesses that are new to their industry and want to learn — commercially that is the harder choice, and we keep making it.

We do not work with businesses that treat the person on the other end as capacity.

Pricing is scoped per business. The work is not the same for a two-person brokerage as it is for a fifteen-person agency, so the figure should not be either. The call ends with a scope and a number against it — and if you want to see the arithmetic first, it is in what 70% cheaper actually means.

The promise

Trust has to be earned and respect has to be given, and both take longer than a sales page. The only promise we make on day one is this: you will enjoy working with us.

Next step

Someone could be on it by Monday.

One call, 20 minutes. You leave with a scope and a figure. Cancel anytime after that.
