A dedicated virtual assistant for your insurance agency.
Renewal season decides your year. Your assistant keeps the quote queue moving, the book from lapsing, and the service requests out of your producers’ day.
Sound familiar
The work that eats an agency’s week.
Quotes die in the follow-up
The quote went out. Nobody chased it. Three weeks later the prospect renewed with their old carrier because that was easier.
Renewals arrive as a surprise
The 30-day notice lands, the client is already shopping, and the first conversation you have is about price.
Service work eats selling time
COIs, endorsements, ID cards and billing questions. Necessary, constant, and none of it grows the book.
The AMS is only half right
Notes missing, documents unattached, activities never closed. The system of record is a system of guesses.
The work
What your assistant takes over.
One assistant covers all of this. You choose where to start; most businesses add lines as the first ones settle.

Capability, shown
What a week can look like.
An illustration of how the work is spread across a week, not a record from a client account. Your week is scoped on the call.
| Day | Your assistant |
|---|---|
| Mon | Open-quote report sent. Renewals at 90 days contacted. Service inbox cleared from the weekend. |
| Tue | COIs issued. Quote follow-up calls. Applications checked for missing information. |
| Wed | 60-day renewals contacted. Endorsement requests prepared for producer review. |
| Thu | AMS clean-up block: documents attached, activities closed. At-risk list built. |
| Fri | 30-day renewal calls. Weekly check-in with you: quotes won, renewals at risk, what is stuck. |

What protects your clients’ information.
Before they touch anything
How your assistant is vetted

- A police background check
- References from previous employers
- A psychological assessment
- Ten days of onboarding on your business
While they work
How access is handled
- Your assistant works in your systems under their own login, and you can remove that access at any time.
- You decide what they can reach. Carrier portal access only for the lines of work you hand over.
- Everything they see is covered by the non-disclosure agreement they sign before day one.
- Nothing goes out under your name until you have approved the template or script it came from.
Management
How much managing you actually do.
Stays with you
Judgment calls
- Coverage advice, binding and anything that needs a licence
- Approving scripts, templates and renewal messaging once
- A 20-minute weekly check-in
Handled for you
Everything else, with oversight
- The work itself, owned end to end
- An end-of-day report, every day
- A Clozik supervisor watching the account
- Backup cover when your assistant is out
Risk, removed
The terms, before you ask.
Fit
Not a fit? Replaced free.
If the assistant is not right for your business, we swap them at no cost. You do not have to build a case for it.
Terms
Cancel anytime. No notice.
No lock-in and no notice period. Stop whenever you want; nothing further is owed beyond work already done.
Cover
Out sick? Covered.
A second trained Clozik assistant covers absences, so your work does not stop because a person did.
Oversight
Reported daily. Supervised always.
An end-of-day report, a weekly check-in, and a Clozik supervisor watching the account above your assistant.
Questions
Insurance questions, answered.
Does the assistant need an insurance licence?
No. Your assistant handles unlicensed work: follow-up, documents, data and scheduling. Coverage advice, quoting decisions and binding stay with your licensed staff.
Can they work inside our agency management system?
Yes. They work in your AMS under their own login. Onboarding is ten days on your agency specifically, so your workflows and naming conventions are learned before they take the queue.
Personal lines, commercial, or benefits?
Any of them. The service lines are the same shape; the call is where we work out which queue to start with.
What happens during renewal season peaks?
Your assistant is full-time and dedicated, so the capacity is already yours. If they are out, a second trained Clozik assistant covers.
